Rigorous quality checks are conducted to verify the potency and authenticity of every product before shipping.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, please refer to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.

How Does the Return Process Work?

To initiate a return, we will arrange for a pickup of the product you wish to return.

Products are eligible for return only if they have been received in a damaged condition or if the product cannot be authenticated using the TRUSTSEAL sticker. Please note that the product must remain sealed and unopened. Returns cannot be accepted for reasons related to taste or smell preferences.

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate the return process through the "My Orders" section on our website. You will need to provide details such as your contact number, address, preferred return pickup time, and the reason for the return. Additionally, you must upload a short video of the product showing the defect to help our team understand the issue. Once these details are submitted, our customer care team will contact you by phone.

For products purchased as part of an offer, please return both the original product and any free items received to complete the return process.

When Can I Return the Product?

You can return a product within 48 hours of receiving it if:

  • The product's seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened.
  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
  • The product cannot be authenticated using the TRUSTSEAL code on the packaging.

In all return cases, a short video of the product highlighting the observed defect is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Personal taste or smell preferences
  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products without visible damage or authentication issues

Do You Offer Product Exchanges?

No, we do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Do I Have to Pay Return Fees?

No, there are no return fees. We will arrange a free pickup for your return.

How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Product?

You have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

After receiving the product, we process your refund within 7 days
Bank Transfer: 5 Working Days
The refund will appear in your bank account, credit card, or original payment method within 5 working days after processing
